Burn Baby Burn (B.B.B.)

The Third Power Fitness B.B.B. semi-private training program is a functional full body interval training workout. In each session participants will be led through a series of stations that include calisthenics, weighted resistance exercises and aerobic activities (running, spinning, jumping exercises) but always with a concentration on building core strength and jacking up your metabolism to burn off fat fast. Aha, but here is the catch. We change the exercises and the order for every training session. So, you never do the exact same workout from one class to the next. This keeps you from getting bored and your body getting used to the program. In this way you keep making progress.

TPF will offer two semi private sessions starting in January 2010.

B.B.B. Power Lunch session: The lunch time class at 12:30 will begin on Monday January 11th and run for 8 and 12 weeks. The lunch time class will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

B.B.B. Night Cap session: The evening and weekend class will be held at 8pm Tuesdays and Thursdays and at 12:30pm on Saturdays. This class will start on Tuesday, January 19th and run for 8 and 12 weeks.

The cost for the eight week program is $1140.00

The cost for the twelve week program is $1710.00
