Extreme Performance
Welcome to an evolution in fitness training. We at ThirdPower Fitness have developed an extraordinary fitness attainment model. The core of what makes TPF training so unique and effective is the way that we combine Functional strength training with the disciplines of Pilates, Boxing, Plyometrics and Kickboxing. Additionally, our program combines our highly intense functional training approach with nutritional support throughout the length of your training with us. We also have relationships with other health and fitness professionals should you need healthy delicious meal delivery, vitamin and nutritional screening, or the services of a chiropractor.
Optimal Training Environment
March 2010 we decided to make a change to our operation that would give ThirdPower Fitness clients more value. So, after 4 years we closed our private training studio and relocated three blocks away inside a new membership gym called Complete Body and Spa on 19th Street. We brought all our great top of the line equipment with us. In fact we added a few pieces and in partnership with Complete Body created a functional training fitness center in our new location. As a result of this partnership we are now able to offer our clients the same premium personal training experience and a complimentary gym membership when a personal training package is purchased. * See details about gym memberships included with personal training packages below.

LP3/6: Six week LifePerformance Training program includes:
- 3 Personal training sessions per week
- Customized nutrition plan and nutritional support throughout training program
- 3 months gym membership included
LP3/12: Twelve week LifePerformance Training Program includes:
- 3 Personal training sessions per week
- Customized nutrition plan and nutritional support throughout training program
- Up to one year gym membership included in training package
LP4/6: Six week LifePerformance Training Program includes:
- 4 Personal training sessions per week
- Customized nutrition plan and nutritional support throughout training program
- 6 months gym membership included
LP4/12: Twelve week LifePerformance Training Program includes:
- 4 Personal training sessions per week
- Customized nutrition plan and nutritional support throughout training program
- Up to one year gym membership included
Price: Training runs between $100.00 and $150.00 per one hour session

Express Training Program
Our express training programs allow our clients the choice of 30 Minute Training Sessions. Our thirty minute sessions are about half the cost of our hour long sessions. Get a focused an intense 30 minute personal training session designed specifically to key on your areas of concern.
One on One 30 Minute Personal Training Sessions
$65.00 per session sold in 5, 10 and 20 session training blocks
One on One 1 Hour Personal Training Sessions
$100.00 to $150.00 per session sold in 5, 10 and 20 session training blocks
2 for 1 One Hour Training sessions just $25.00 more per session than one on one sessions
Sold in 5, 10 and 20 session training blocks
