Welcome to an evolution in fitness training. We at ThirdPower Fitness have developed an extraordinary fitness attainment model. At the core of what makes us so unique and effective is the way that we combine functional strength strength training with a variety of disciplines including Pilates, Boxing, Olympic Weightlifting, Plyometrics and Kickboxing. Additionally, we are the only fitness service in New York City and perhaps the world that also provides our clients with the tools and support to create a Modern Paleo Lifestyle. Additionally, we have developed relationships with other fitness professionals should you determine you need health delicious meal delivery, or the vitamin and nutritional screening.
Optimal Training Environment
March 2010 we decided to make a change to our operation that would give ThirdPower Fitness clients more value. So, after 4 years we closed our private training studio and relocated three blocks away inside a new membership gym called Complete Body and Spa on 19th Street. We brought all our great top of the line equipment with us. In fact we added a few pieces and in partnership with Complete Body created a functional training fitness center in our new location. As a result of this partnership we are now able to offer our clients the same premium personal training experience and a complimentary gym membership when a personal training package is purchased. * See details about gym memberships included with personal training packages below.
ThirdPower Fitness LifePerformance Programs
LP3/6: Six week LifePerformance Training program includes:

BLOCKS OF PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS: Clients may purchase blocks of personal training sessions. The cost of blocks of sessions range in price between $115.00 and $150.00 per session depending on the number of sessions you purchase. Sessions are available in Five, Ten, Fifteen and Twenty session blocks.
