You’ve decided that this is the year you will transform yourself from the less than heroic figure you have been your whole life into a man who can handle himself in a tight spot. You’ve thought about enrolling in traditional martial arts training, but while the traditional method of training can help you to get lean, it is generally not the best activity to help you build copious amounts of muscle, fast, and as Tom Brose an experienced Muay Thai fighter, a friend and sparring partner of mine once said just before fighting an opponent who outweighed him by fifty pounds; “ The laws of mass tonnage must be respected.”

So what to do? Join the Class Warfare™ fight training program. Class Warfare™ is a training methodology that combines intense weight training and combat arts training. Although Class Warfare can be used to improve a person’s conditioning for most any martial art, it was developed specifically to train people in StreetBoxing™. Street Boxing is an attack response and threat response system that combines modified techniques from Boxing, Aikido, Bondo, and Muay Thai. Training sessions are limited to 1, 2, or 3 participants. Think of it as a combination functional muscle mass building, fight skill development, and fight conditioning program.

I developed this training program utilizing the same principles used to put muscle mass on professional boxers—think Evander Holyfield. The program is balanced to increase muscle mass and explosive power. This program is brutally hard---we keep oxygen in the training studio just in case--but it is also extremely effective. Participants can throw straight punches with speed and power effectively after three sessions, and it is not uncommon for participants to put on ten pounds of muscle during the six week program; one guy even put on thirty pounds of muscle doing the twelve week program.

Long story short—this fight conditioning program will transform you from a pencil neck geek into one bad mother. The coolest thing about this program, is if you take it with a couple of your slacker buddies, in six weeks you could become your own bad ass posse.

Classes are 90 minutes long, and are held two or three days per week depending on the group. Feel free to call to schedule an appointment to observe a session. Due to the pain inducing, gut checking, nerve wrenching, spirit challenging nature of this physical training program, ThirdPower Fitness will refund the full program fee for any participant who wishes to withdraw after attending the first class.
